What is a souvenir package?

A drop you get for watching a CS2 Major match on Twitch or in the game client. It holds that map's collection, needs no key, and opens for one Souvenir skin stamped with the tournament, the two teams and up to four player stickers. Collection packages (Anubis, X-Ray P250) open the same way but drop the plain skin.

What are the drop odds for packages?

Valve publishes package rates as well as case rates, and they are not the same ladder. A package holding all six grades drops 79.87% Consumer Grade, 15.97% Industrial Grade, 3.33% Mil-Spec, 0.67% Restricted, 0.13% Classified and 0.03% Covert. Most collections skip a grade or two, and then the odds are redistributed over the grades the package actually holds.

Can a package drop a knife or a StatTrak skin?

No. Packages have no rare special tier, so a Covert is the best drop there is. Souvenir skins never carry StatTrak, and the two collection packages drop plain skins that have no StatTrak variant either.
