What it does

Open a CS2 item on Steam and the panel lists its price on 11 marketplaces, sorted from cheapest, each with its difference vs the Steam price.

Market listings

Prices for the exact skin and condition on the page. Works on the classic market layout and the new Market Beta, following the exterior and StatTrak filters you pick.

Inventories

Click an item in any public Steam inventory to see its prices. The panel also links the inventory value calculator for that profile.

Toolbar popup

Search the CS2 skin catalog, see the item from the current tab and open the trade-up and price comparison tools.

Difference vs Steam

Each marketplace row carries a badge with how much cheaper or pricier it is than the Steam listing.

Your currency and language

If you use skinsniper.com, the panel shows prices in the currency and language you picked there.

Stays out of the way

Drag the panel anywhere, pick its corner in the popup, or collapse it to a small logo until you need it.

How to install

    Install from your browser's store

    Available for Chrome and Firefox; Opera and other Chromium browsers install it from the Chrome Web Store. No account and no setup - it works right after installing.

  2. 2

    Open a CS2 item on Steam

    Browse the Community Market or click an item in a public inventory. The panel appears with that item's marketplace prices.

  3. 3

    Adjust it if you like

    The toolbar popup sets which corner the panel sits in; you can also drag it anywhere on the page.

Privacy and permissions

  • No requests to Steam servers: item names are read from the page you already have open, prices come from the SkinSniper API. On an inventory page it also reads the profile id from the URL, only so the inventory value calculator points at that inventory.
  • Two manifest permissions (cookies and storage) plus site access to steamcommunity.com and skinsniper.com, which is what the install prompt asks about. The cookies permission covers skinsniper.com only, your currency and language, and cannot reach Steam cookies.
  • No analytics, no telemetry, no account required. One job: prices - no selling tools, no trade automation, no buttons injected all over Steam.
  • Open source under the MIT license - the full code is public on GitHub.
