No. The rare drop pool, which sometimes gave old cases such as Prisma 2 or Clutch, stopped in December 2025 or early January 2026. Valve never announced it, so the exact date isn't known.

How the Weekly Care Package works

The first time a Prime account earns an XP rank in a week, it gets a Weekly Care Package: four random offers, of which you keep two. The offers are cases, skins from the drop collections and graffiti.

Since the September 2026 update a Chicken Egg can also show up. Taking it uses both picks, so that week you get the egg and nothing else.

You don't have to pick right away: unclaimed rewards wait in the in-game store. They are gone once you earn the next package, so claim them before your next weekly rank-up.
